Mark Sigmund
Mark attended both the University of Tampa and the University of South
Florida, graduating USF with a degree in Economics. After working
several years with American Mortgage Banking, he founded Sigmund Financial
Group, Inc. in 1988 to serve the mortgage needs of Florida residents.
An active member of the community, Mark has served as Vice President
of Development for the South Tampa Jaycees, been a board member of
the Make-a-Wish Foundation, and is currently a Rotarian. In the business
community, he was President of Network Professionals for the association's
Hyde Park Chapter. He is also a member in good standing of the South
Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the National Mortgage Bankers'
Association.

Ed Cherneski
Ed lives in Annapolis, MD and
is a licensed mortgage broker in both Maryland and Florida. He graduated
from Towson University with a degree in History and Accounting. Ed
operates the Maryland office for Sigmund Financial. He is an active fan
with his wife of Ohio University lacrosse, as well as, U.S. Naval
Academy and Towson University men’s soccer.

Todd A Jacobson
Todd brings to Sigmund extensive experience in
operations management, sales, marketing and licensing. Over the last 7
years Todd served as a sales and marketing consultant with Legends
Sports Gear and founded TravelAd International Inc which was acquired in
2004. Prior to this, Mr. Jacobson served as a Vice President with Nutmeg
Mills, a NYSE-traded firm. Mr. Jacobson attended the University of
Florida and currently resides in St Petersburg, FL where he is actively
in involved in the community, a member of the board for Menorah Manor and numerous charitable organizations. Todd
is a licensed mortgage broker specializing in
commercial and structured finance and and has one son, Justin Alec.

Berdina Bonds
Berdina Bonds is a licensed Mortgage Broker and holds an
undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from
Metropolitan College of New York in New York City. Berdina has worked in
the Financial Brokerage industry for 20 years. She is active in several
charitable and community organizations.

Darlene Turner
Darlene has been in the mortgage business for over 7
years, where her focus has been on processing and underwriting. She
enjoys teaching tap dance classes twice a week, traveling, watching
football and hockey, and fishing. She and her husband live in St.
Petersburg.
